Q: Is buying secondhand footwear sanitary?
A: Each pair is cleaned with a certified organic surface cleaner prior to shipping.

Q: Are the shoes authentic designer?
A: Footwear is inspected, to the best of our ability, for markers that indicate authenticity. Something to note, the designer owns all rights to the design and is in no way affiliated to or connected to CIRCULAR. 

Q: Is CIRCULAR really eco-friendly?
A: We try our best to keep things as waste-free and eco as possible. Each pair includes a 100% cotton muslin dust bag to extend the life of your item, shipments are sent out in compostable mailers, and post cards were printed on recycled paper.

Q: How do you choose your products?
A: The assortment is curated based on season and trends. All items are selected to sell only if in acceptable visual condition. 

Q: Where do you source your product?
A: The internet, and in-person at secondhand stores or consignment shops.

Q: What is consignment?
A: Consignment is the agreement to pay a supplier of goods (you) after the goods are sold (on this website).

Q: How can I work/partner/consign with CIRCULAR?
A: If you are looking to clean out your closet, make some extra money and have vintage designer footwear that you'd like to consign, please email info@wearcircular.co with pictures and product information. We can list your item(s) on this site and share profits when sold. 

Returns Policy:

Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final.

Rarely, when you wear your shoe out for the first time, you may experience some cracking to the heel cap. This happens when the shoe has been in storage for quite some time and it's part of buying vintage shoes. Heel caps can be easily repaired by your local cobbler.

Please review all product notes prior to placing an order.

Shipping:

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and packaged. 
Orders are usually shipped via USPS, unless otherwise selected. 

Once the order has shipped, CIRCULAR is no longer responsible for the merchandise. Should anything happen to your package in transit, you would need to file a claim with USPS. 

The rate for orders shipping within the USA is $5 flat rate.
The rate for orders shipping outside of the USA tends to vary, but starts at $13.99. Please note that shipping duties or customs fees are sometimes charged by your country's customs and border patrol. These fees do not go to CIRCULAR and are out of our control.
