Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and packaged. 

Orders are usually shipped via USPS, unless otherwise selected. 

Once the order has shipped, CIRCULAR is no longer responsible for the merchandise. Should anything happen to your package in transit, you would need to file a claim with USPS. 

The rate for orders shipping within the USA is $5 flat rate.
The rate for orders shipping outside of the USA tends to vary, but starts at $13.99. Please note that shipping duties or customs fees are sometimes charged by your country's customs and border patrol. These fees do not go to CIRCULAR and are out of our control.
